NJPI Junior Fellows
The New Jersey Policy Institute Junior Fellowship is a selective, year-long program that equips the next generation of leaders with the skills, experience, and network to shape New Jersey’s future. Junior Fellows work directly with NJPI’s leadership team to conduct policy research, support active initiatives, and contribute to the Institute’s mission of advancing opportunity, accountability, and affordability across the Garden State.
Each year, NJPI selects three outstanding undergraduate/graduate students or young professionals to serve as fellows in one of our core issue areas — Education, Energy, and the Economy. Fellows gain hands-on experience in public policy research and communications, participate in leadership roundtables and professional development sessions.
