NJ MONITOR: New Jersey asks appellate court to deny school desegregation case appeal

In a recent development in the Latino Action Network v. State of New Jersey lawsuit, the state has requested the appellate court to deny the plaintiffs’ appeal, arguing that the case is not yet ripe for review.
