As plaintiffs accuse the Murphy administration of stalling resolution in the long-running Latino Action Network v. NJ case, the New Jersey Policy Institute has petitioned to join the suit to offer forward-looking solutions. NJPI is advocating for expanded Interdistrict School Choice as a voluntary and potentially budget-neutral way to increase access to high-quality schools for families across New Jersey.
